Recycling clothes with us is a very easy process! Simply request your FREE Genie Recycling Pack by filling out the form on the right of the page, choosing your desired payment method. We will then post out your FREE collection pack within one business day.
Your Genie Collection Pack includes a welcome letter, tie wrap and TWO Genie Collection Sacks that holds over 30kgs of clothing, footwear & accessories, this is equivalent to around 8 bin bags. Remember, our Genie Collection Sacks hold more clothing than any of our competitors and the more unwanted clothing you can recycle the more CASH for clothes you earn!... so why not ask your friends and family to get involved.

2) Book Your FREE Collection From Anywhere In The UK
Once you receive your FREE Genie Recycling Pack, simply place all of your unwanted clothes, shoes and accessories into the Genie Collection Sack provided. Please see our "What Genie Buys" page regarding which items we accept and their condition required for payment.
In our recycling process we recycle and pay CASH for all brands, types and designs of clean (ironing and folding is unnecessary) undamaged, new, used kids clothes and second-hand clothing, footwear and accessories. Supermarket, high-street to designer clothes, it does not matter, we accept it all as long as the clothes are clean and show no signs of damage or stains.
Once your Genie Collection Sacks weigh at least 10kgs in total or more, you are ready to have your clothes collected for FREE from ANYWHERE in the mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland). By using our appointed National Couriers discreet, insured and trackable clothes collection service there is no need to weigh your clothing in front of the neighbours and no unmarked "white van" vehicles at your home.
To book a collection, simply visit the "REQUEST A COLLECTION" page on our website and book a convenient day for the collection of your clothes. If you are having difficulty in booking your collection, please call 08432 897 442 to have a member of the Customer Support Team assist you directly.
3) Payment Processed Within 24-hours From Valuation
Upon delivery of your Genie Collection Sack back to our processing center (1-2 business days) and once we retrieved your welcome letter/reference no. from within your sack, you will receive email confirmation for your piece of mind, that your sack is about to be processed and an estimation of when a valuation email will be sent. We aim to process all Genie Collection Sacks as soon as possible, normally within TWO business days after being delivered.
The processing of your clothing is carried out by our trained staff who check both the condition and weight of the clothing in order to provide a valuation based on 50p per kilogram.
After processing, a valuation email will then be sent informing you of the total weight of clothing, the weight of any garments not accepted and the payment amount. Your choice of payment will then be made within ONE business day!

Bank Transfer - Fast and Secure
We are always looking for new and better ways to help our customers and provide a better level of service, so we now offer BANK TRANSFERS as a method of payment (also known as BACS transfer).
Bank transfers are the FASTEST, EASIEST and most SECURE way to receive your cash directly into your bank account. Bank transfers are our FASTEST method of payment, making the processing of cheques look slow and unlike PayPal payments there will be no charges to use the service.
The security measures for bank transfers are the same as those of Internet banking websites where your details are encryted so you have peace of mind that your payment will enter your personal account straight away, ready to be spent!
IMPORTANT: To use Bank Transfer as a method of payment please ensure that you submit the correct bank details otherwise you will NOT receive payment.

All you need is your email address for quick and easy payment.
IMPORTANT: To use PayPal as a method of payment you MUST use the email address that your PayPal account is registered with when requesting your clothes collection pack, otherwise you will NOT receive payment. Please be aware of the T&C's provided by PayPal.
